The results of activities that have been taking place throughout the year, as part of the FASHIONCLASH program lines, are presented during the annual FASHIONCLASH Festival. During this three-day festival, a new generation of designers and (performing) artists from the Netherlands and abroad gets the opportunity to show their work to a broad (inter)national audience.
The festival program includes exhibitions, performances, talks and fashion films, and shows projects that investigate, contextualize and celebrate contemporary fashion culture.
The 16th edition takes place 15-17 November 2024 in Maastricht (NL). The selection for the Fashion Film Program will be screened at Lumière Cinema Maastricht.
Films and videos from a variety of themes and topics are welcome, but this year we especially encourage you to apply if your film includes themes such as sustainability and/or queerness.
Not only will your film be on showcase during FASHIONCLASH Festival, but there is also a FASHIONCLASH Fashion Film Award to be won! 5 nominees will be selected out of all applications by a jury panel of industry professionals (to be announced in due time). The award includes a €1.000 prize.
Additionally, our long-term mediapartner KALTBLUT Magazine will award their favorite entry with a publication in their magazine.
Both winners will be announced during the opening night of FASHIONCLASH Festival on Friday 15 November 2024.
